Lorena Tiberi, in arte MANI, è una giovane artista romana, classe 1997. La sua passione si esprime prevalentemente attraverso i mezzi della pittura e della scultura.
Dopo un grande periodo di produzione artistica, nel 2017 decide di intraprendere un percorso di studi parallelo e consegue la laurea in Fashion Design all’ Accademia di Costume & Moda di Roma nel 2021, creando la collezione di Accessori "Oxide" che sfila nel Luglio 2021 ad Altaroma.
Contemporaneamente si riavvicina alle belle arti e fa due mostre personali di pittura e scultura: “Till Now”-che raccoglie una selezione di opere che raccontano la sua evoluzione artistica dal 2015 al 2020 ed “ECO” -Risonanze oniriche- produzione pittorica dello stesso anno esposta presso Soho House Roma. Grazie ad una residenza artistica a Filicudi presso Studio Casoli nel Settembre 2022, inizia a distaccarsi dalla figuratività e grazie alla sua esperienza di immersione completa nella Natura, inizia ad indagare il suo rapporto con il viaggio ed elabora una nuova modalità espressiva partendo dalla percezione e ricezione del luogo vivo e incontaminato. Sull’isola crea la serie “Plancton”. Tornata a Roma, Mani continua il suo “studio delle dimensioni” sentendo un nuovo shock da metropoli creando a Roma “Plasma”. Nell’ultimo periodo Mani ama esibirsi in Live Painting, collezionando una serie di opere che sono create dall'artista nel momento stesso dell’esibizione. Mani si lascia guidare dalle energie e circostanze attorno a lei, creando opere che sono un ponte di connessione con l’energia e la musica che risuona attraverso l'artista stessa. Ultimo progetto Live painting in collaborazione con InsideArt Magazine organizzato con KeeponGrooving al Base di Milano e conseguente pubblicazione sul magazine fisico di Insideart uscito a Marzo 2023 e distribuito su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Attualmente Mani sta lavorando ad un progetto televisivo commissionato da Rai Documentari e Rosebud Entertainment Pictures. L’artista è stata chiamata come soggetto principale di uno degli episodi della docuserie, che la racconterà interamente come esempio di una generazione che subisce le difficoltà sollevate dalla transizione digitale in ambito artistico.

Lorena Tiberi, also known as MANI, is a young artist from Rome, born in 1997. Her passion is predominantly expressed through painting and sculpture.

After a productive period in her artistic career, she decided to pursue parallel studies and obtained a degree in Fashion Design from the Accademia di Costume & Moda in Rome in 2021. She created the accessory collection "Oxide," which was showcased in July 2021 at Altaroma.

Simultaneously, she reconnected with fine arts and held two solo exhibitions of her paintings and sculptures: "Till Now," a selection of works that tell the story of her artistic evolution from 2015 to 2020, and "ECO" - Dreamlike Resonances - a painting production from the same year exhibited at Soho House Rome.

Through an artistic residency at Studio Casoli in Filicudi in September 2022, she began to move away from figurative art. Immersed in nature, she started exploring her relationship with travel and developed a new expressive approach based on the perception and reception of living, unspoiled places. On the island, she created the series "Plancton."

Back in Rome, Mani continued her "study of dimensions," experiencing a new shock from the metropolis, which led her to create "Plasma." Recently, Mani has enjoyed performing Live Painting, creating a series of artworks during her live exhibitions. She allows herself to be guided by the energies and circumstances surrounding her, creating pieces that serve as a bridge connecting the energy and music resonating through the artist herself.

Her latest Live Painting project was a collaboration with InsideArt Magazine, organized with KeeponGrooving at Base in Milan, followed by a publication in the physical edition of Insideart Magazine released in March 2023 and distributed nationwide.

Currently, Mani is working on a television project commissioned by Rai Documentari and Rosebud Entertainment Pictures. She has been chosen as the main subject of one of the episodes of the documentary series, which will portray her as an example of a generation facing the challenges brought about by the digital transition in the art world.
